Operate farming equipment in order to plant, spray, harvest and haul oat and wheat crops. Operate cotton ginning machinery during the cotton ginning season. Care for newborn calves and nursing mothers. Vaccinate, medicate and treat for seasonal sicknesses. General farm related duties such as servicing equipment, shop work, and machinery repair. Maintain accurate records.
Drivers license in 30-days.
The employer will provide a vehicle directly to the workers to drive themselves to and from the jobsite and housing as necessary on a day-to-day basis. There is no set schedule; generally, the workers will travel to and from the jobsite just before and after the workday. The workers will also be able to use the vehicle for personal errands and groceries at least once per week. The provided vehicle will be a pickup truck that seats 2 passengers.
