Experience/ Requirements:
Provide supervision of nursing and hospital personnel and patient care activities on a particular shift with an emphasis on maintaining standards of care and patient safety
3+ years experience inacute care nursing required, management experience required
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or willing to attain within 5 years
Current PA RN License
BLS certification is required and must be completed prior to the end of the orientation period
