TRION INDUSTRIES INC Maintenance Technician-Powder Coating in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania
- Employee is responsible to diagnose/troubleshoot issues with equipment
- Must perform all PM work on the Powder Coater equipment
- Must be able to dismantle defective equipment, repair or replace defective parts
- Must be able to change belts, bearings, pulleys, and motors as required
- Perform safety check and return equipment back into production
- Basic understanding of electrical wiring and PLC operation
- Must be able to read and understand electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals
- Perform preventative maintenance and document repairs made to equipment utilizing maintenance request as per assignment
- Must utilize proper PPE equipment and follow OSHA regulations as required
- Must be able to drive and operate forklifts, scissors lift and boom lifts
- Must have effective communication skills to report status of machinery repairs to Maintenance Manager and other supervisors as required
