Nesco Resource Quality Inspector - Wickliffe in Wickliffe, Ohio

  • Wickliffe, OH
  • 2 ^nd^ shift working Mon-Thurs from 215pm-1245am, with availability to work Friday for OT 
  • Pay range is based upon experience
  • Contract to Hire opportunity

Duties/Responsibilities

  • 1 ^st^ piece inspection of parts.
  • Regularly inspect material being produced using Raytech measuring table, calipers, micrometers, and other gages.
  • Inspect raw materials and perform audits on outgoing shipments.
  • Using torque wrenches to ensure parts are assembled properly
  • Assist in maintaining customer drawings and specs.
  • Provide all necessary paperwork to shop floor for production.
  • Provide all necessary measuring equipment and tools to production.
  • Calibrate all measuring instruments in house and maintain instruments.
  • Aid in evaluation that all quality procedures are being followed and implemented.

Skills/Qualifications

  • 1+ years' experience performing inspection in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Ability to read tape measure and measuring gages, i.e. calipers, micrometers, depth gages.
  • Ability to convert fractions to decimals.
  • Have basic computer skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Will be subject to other pre-employment screening.
