Working with us in our Assisted Living, your first responsibility will always be to ensure the highest quality of care and compassion for our residents and families while ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, standards, rules, and regulations required.
You should have good verbal and written communication skills as well as effective problem resolution skills. As a valuable employee you would need to be able to work your shifts as scheduled, on weekends, holidays and as needed.
A few of your job duties would be to supervise CMA staff to ensure high quality of care is provided. Ensure all medications are monitored appropriately with vital signs, labs, or additional documentation. Monitor all resident through your entire shift and provide detailed report to nurse coming on duty sufficient information for follow-up action if necessary.
