Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
- This position will provide high-quality one-on-one care to enable our clients to stay in their homes as long as possible.
- You will perform wellness, supervisory, and admission visits in the homes of clients on an as-needed basis.
- Responsibilities Provide Supervisory, Wellness, and Admission visits in client homes
- Monitor and assess client needs to provide the best possible care and advice
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for clients and their families
