Plant Engineering Manager located just North of Witchita, KS for a growing industrial manufacturing company. This role is responsible for defining, maintaining, and supporting the manufacturing processes.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering is ideal)
5+ years leading an engineering team within a manufacturing environment
Knowledge in CAD systems
Experience with hands-on experience involving CAPEX projects within a manufacturing facility

responsibilities:
Responsible for defining, maintaining, and supporting the manufacturing processes
Planning, designing, and overseeing projects, as well as managing finances and supervising the plant engineering team
coordinate the integration of material processing equipment to ensure a safe and cost-effective manufacturing process.
Supervise daily routines within the process engineering group
Check the engineering team's work for technical accuracy and detail.
Manage and direct all plant engineering activities, cost analysis, coordinate and evaluate all quotation activity.
Evaluates manufacturing processes for product performance, work force utilization, space requirements, and layout of equipment and workspace for maximum productivity.
Oversees capital project installation/implementation to ensure machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
