Process employees\' paychecks by collecting their payroll data and timesheets. Verify employees\' work hours and payment through the payroll system, issuing deductions, earnings and other statements to employees and updating payroll records regularly. Pay taxes monthly and complete reports for different taxing agencies. Issue checks to employees, contractors, and taxing entities. Reconcile the monthly bank statement. Run monthly reports or other reports as needed for other agencies. Process new employee paperwork, and end of the year tax forms. Prefer someone with Quick Books experience. Require someone with computer experience.
