Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Will perform routine and repetitive honing and internal finishing operations. May be required to work with higher grade operators while in training.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Setup and operate horizontal and automatic honing machines to perform precision honing and internal finishing.
Setup the correct mandrel, stone holders and stones.
Use hand tools and precision measuring devices to verify hole size and perform other functions.
Responsible only for own work.
Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications
EDUCATION:
Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification
EXPERIENCE:
No experience required.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Somewhat disagreeable working conditions due to exposure of hands continuously to coolant and spray on clothing.
This role is eligible for a $4,000 (pre-tax) sign-on bonus. Terms & conditions apply. The Company reserves the right to amend or suspend this program at any time.
