Job Responsibilities:
Provision of clinical instruction for undergraduate students in the Pathway to Nursing program located at Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas. ThisWSUnursing program is a unique dual-degree program that gives students the opportunity to first earn a Bachelor of Science degree from K-State, and then a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing fromWSU.\ \ Primary responsibilities include instruction clinical and/or technologies lab\ teaching/supervision in adult intensive care or adult medical/surgical units. You are expected to maintain a willingness to accommodate a variety of learning styles and strategies in instructional delivery and learning activities. including online and blended learning; apply knowledge of evidence-based practice in teaching; apply knowledge of evidence-based practice in clinical practice; work collaboratively with other faculty: attend all required orientations and clinical faculty updates as expected by clinical partners; participate in inter-professional teaching/learning activities; participate in simulation as needed; maintain knowledge of applicable curricular guidelines and curricular evaluation standards; act as a representative of the School of Nursing at activities as needed.\ \ Within your role, you will promote the vision and mission, as well as strive to meet the strategic plans of the University, College of Health Professions, and the School of Nursing.
