Duties/Responsibilities
- Understand and have the skill set to operate the automated hoist system.
- General knowledge of the customer processing specifications that apply
- Understand and abide by the quality policy for Max Aerostructures.
- Be able to determine water break free surfaces when required.
- Be capable of determining daily etch rates.
- Responsible for reviewing the process line daily, ensuring all calibration is up to date as well as the line is functioning properly
- Understand how to rack parts for etch and pretreatment operations.
- Ensure and abide by a quality product being produced by the process line that is in accordance with the customers specifications (requirements are flowed down through work orders and procedures).
- Generally trained on all other operations of the processing facility for additional resources in other areas when needed
