Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Perform general clerical duties assigned in accordance with the office procedures of the facility.

Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages.

Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail.

Schedule appointments and receive visitors.

Provide general information to staff, clients or the public.

Type, format or edit routine memos or other reports.

Copy, file and update paper and electronic documents.

Prepare and process bills and other office documents.

Collect information and perform data entry.

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

High School diploma or equivalent.

WORK SCHEDULE:

There are no guaranteed hours for this position; however, the ideal candidate must have availability from 7a - 3p Sunday - Saturday.

It's highly preferable that the ideal candidate is available to work all hours our front desk is open:

Monday - Friday 7:00am - 11:00pm

Saturday & Sunday 7:00am - 7:00pm

Qualifications

Education

Required

  • High School/GED or better

Experience

Preferred

  • 2 years: Reception duties in a healthcare setting
