Days/Hours: All Shift Available. Pay: $15.00/Hour, Various wage premiums, various wage progression increases and Quarterly incentives possible. DUTIES: Essential Functions - An individual must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation. - Work at a fast pace to complete and dispense orders to customers vehicles with friendly attitude. - Fulfill store orders by pulling merchandise by layer using electronic voice control equipment, stacking onto pallets, placing labels in appropriate area on freight, and transporting using power equipment. COMPETENCIES: - An individual must be proficient in each of the competencies listed below to successfully perform the responsibilities of this position. - Freight Handling - Handles and processes freight in a safe and correct manner. - Loads, unloads, orderfills, packs, and/or processes freight in an accurate and timely manner. -Tells management about unsafe working conditions, damaged products, or improper procedures in the facility. - Uses freight handling equipment in a safe and correct manner. Maintains a clean work environment to ensure safety and compliance. Customer/Member Centered: -Serve the Customer/Member - Shows care and concern when serving our customers/members. - Asks questions in order to understand customer/member needs. - Uses policies and information in order to exceed customer/member expectations. - Finds and uses the right resources (people, products, tools) at the right time in order to resolve customer/member requests. QUALIFICATIONS: * Requires zero experience as a Stock Clerks and Order Fillers OR Stock Clerks- Stockroom, Warehouse, or Storage Yard with No Education Requirement. * Must pass a background screening. * Speak, read and write good English. * Ability to use electronic devices to complete job . *If hired contact the Wichita Falls office.
