American Leak Detection, Inc Water Leak Specialist in Whitmore Lake, Michigan

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to assist electronic water leak detections and repairs!  We provide all training in becoming a leak expert.  The mission of American Leak Detection is to accurately locate water leaks in pools, homes, and buildings in a manner that is non-invasive, efficient, and environmentally sound. We give prompt, professional, and courteous service to all customers while providing the best leak detection services in the world.    What We Offer: Salary/Wage: $19-$25.00/hr plus commission. * Commission can add up to additional $15/hr depending on jobs. * Overtime pay and weekend bonus * Medical insurance * Vision and dental insurance * Paid sick and vacation after 90 days * 401(k) retirement plan * Paid Holidays   Responsibilities: * Inspects and survey systems for the cause and origin of concealed leak * Performs leak detection work on piping systems, pools and spas, and use electronic equipment, inert gases and plugs to detect leaks * Communicates with management, colleagues, and customers * Completes, maintains and processes paperwork and collect payment for services * Assists in the test of parts and equipment, as well as in the maintaining of proper parts and equipment stock levels * Supports all technical work dispatched * Follows COVID-19 protocols in keeping customers and coworkers safe * Performs repair work on pool systems for clients * Provides professional courteous customer service * Maintains responsibility for cleaning and notifying management with any issues with company vehicle.   Qualifications: * Must be capable of moving/lifting up to 100 pounds * Mechanical background is a plus * Power tool experience is a plus * Ability to work independently and in team environment * Excellent communication skills * Able to work weekends if requested   We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
