Defense Logistics Agency Supervisory Supply Systems Analyst in Whitehall, Ohio

Responsibilities Manage the analyses across processes areas, to implement the new procurement, inventory and warehousing systems, identify process issues and formulate recommendations, execute actions, and monitor results. Supervisory position primarily responsible for providing direct supervisor and operational oversight of Cross Process and system development Manage development of appropriate business decisions and the execution of actions that have a cross-process or cross-site impact. Work within the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Digital Business Transformation (DBX) and Technical Data Management Tool (TDMT) across business processes in directing the development of new or revised procedures and/or system changes to meet identified requirements. Responsible for providing direct supervision and operational oversight of the Implementation team members Ensure that Cross Process procedures and policies are properly documented and maintained. Must have a clear understanding of applicable audit readiness end-to-end processes within a process management functional area- to include manual and system process and their associated internal controls. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications To qualify for a Supervisory Supply Systems Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support: A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-14 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after- competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Ensuring process management metrics are within tolerance and processes are regularly monitored to ensure they remain auditable. Providing timely responses to auditor requests and aggressive implementation of corrective action plans associated with audit deficiencies. Managing the analysis of DBX and TDMT (or similar systems) process issues impacting the Business Processes and team members in formulating recommendations, execute actions, and monitor results. Providing direct supervision and operational oversight of the System Implementation. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Education Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level. . Additional Information Position requires DoD Acquisition Life Cycle Logistics (L) / LCL, Advanced acquisition certification within required timeframes.
