This off-shift CHEMISTRY LAB TECHNICIAN will be located in our Research and Development Center and will support the following HRC TS Chemistry Lab functions:
Preparation of chemistry samples.
Perform chemistry testing on alloy samples.
Perform other duties as required.
Work overtime, as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Minimum of one year of analytical laboratory testing experience; or BS Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Biochemistry
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
BS degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biology
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in a self-directed or team environment.
Strong organizational skills
Experience with chemistry testing and handling of chemicals.
