Summary About the Position: Position is located at White Sands Missile Range, Commanding General, G1 with duty location at White Sands Missile Range, NM. White Sands Missile Range, NM. The Range provides Army, Navy, Air Force, DoD, and other customers with high quality services for experimentation, test, research, assessment, development, and training in support of the Nation. Responsibilities Act as a principal action officer on special assignments and requests for interpretive guidance tied to one or more areas of the diverse spectrum of Human Resources program areas. Responsible for analyzing, planning, directing, coordinating and executing the various command-wide Performance Management Programs. Provide technical advice and assistance to officials at all levels as it relates to the mission, command programs, command-wide policies, and consistency issues throughout the command. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes (1) experience administrating and/or managing civilian human resources programs functional areas to include, performance management and appraisals, incentive awards, and recognition and (2) experience conducting studies and analyzing data to solve problems while improving operations.
