Occupational Therapistsat VNH screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and treat patients as well as coordinate and communicate treatment activities with our interdisciplinary team members and the patient.
The Occupational Therapistwill:
Assess the patient's functional ability.
Provide direct treatments.
Select therapeutic modalities.
Communicate with all members of the health care team.
Document evaluations, treatment goals, and objectives.
Teach patients and family members the rationale for treatments and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in Vermont and New Hampshire, or hold a compact license.
BS in Occupational Therapy or postgraduate Occupational Therapy Certification program. Passage of National Registration Exam.
