Our client in White Plains is currently looking for a temporary Accounts Receivable and Collections professional to join their team. They are seeking an individual with experience in responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, effectively collecting past due invoices, and efficiently reconciling accounts while resolving disputes in a timely manner. Experience in conducting daily and month-end account reconciliations using spreadsheets, ing payments to customer accounts, and processing refunds as necessary is preferred. Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Collect past due invoices through various communication channels.
Reconcile accounts and resolve disputes in a timely manner.
Conduct daily and month-end account reconciliations using spreadsheets.
Apply payments to customer accounts and process refunds as necessary.
