Essential Duties and Tasks
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made, upon request, to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Record purchases, maintain database, perform physical count of inventory, and reconcile actual stock count to records, or computes figures from records, such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory levels.
Verify clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjust errors in computation or count. Investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies.
Prepare reports, such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages.
Collaborates with vendors and purchasing.
May perform other routine duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assist customers.
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Education and Experience
Experience working in a parts and supplies room in a manufacturing environment.
2-3 years of relevant experience
Performs work under general supervision.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams, and Outlook.
Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
