Staffmark Accounting Specialist / Project Assistant in White Bear Lake, Minnesota

Pro Staff is currently seeking a versatile and dynamic individual to fulfill the dual role of Accounting Specialist / Project Assistant in White Bear Lake, MN. Shift: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm The Accounting Specialist/Project Assistant provides vital accounting support, focusing on T&M Billings and JC Material Usage, while also assisting in project organization, planning, and execution. Responsibilities include collaborating with Project Managers for T&M format billings, maintaining databases, reconciling project billings, managing inventory data, assisting with bids and proposals, invoicing projects, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent, 5 years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience Familiarity with construction industry technologies is advantageous Innovative problem-solving skills and ability to develop customer solutions Proficiency in mathematical concepts, statistical analysis, and financial assessment Capacity to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and identify critical issues Ability to operate office equipment, hold a valid driver's license, and lift weights over 25 pounds Willingness to work in various indoor and occasional outdoor environments, including construction sites, with potential exposure to temperature changes, dust, fumes, chemicals, and noise.
