DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Skilled Technician – Level III to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Rocky Mount, NC.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Support Manufacturing Needs : Perform skilled activities that directly contribute to the efficiency and productivity of the manufacturing process.
Ensure Safety : Adhere to and promote Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Maintain High Quality : Apply high standards of workmanship and craftsmanship, ensuring that all tasks are performed to the highest quality.
Equipment Maintenance : Perform preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure equipment uptime and reliability.
Continuous Improvement : Participate in continuous improvement activities, helping to identify and reduce manufacturing constraints and improve processes.
Team Collaboration : Communicate effectively with your team and support staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Training and Development : Instruct and coach others, acting as an informal resource for team members with less capability, and engage in personal development and training.
Environmental Responsibility : Recognize and minimize the environmental impact of your work, ensuring sustainable practices are followed.

Education/Experience
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
