ConnectiveRx Senior Business Analyst in Whippany, New Jersey
Senior Business Analyst (PSKW, LLC (d/b/a ConnectiveRx), Whippany, NJ): Define requirements for a business-driven data warehouse supported by policies, principles and guidelines that are aligned with data management and data governance; Work within the Product Team to help create an industry-leading data warehouse that measures performance of all operational aspects; Translate business requirements into usable enterprise information which may include an enterprise data model, common business vocabulary, taxonomies to be used to guide enterprise solution development, and achieve consistency of information assets across the application portfolio; Develop and maintain a formal description of data and data structures including data models, data flow diagrams, data dictionaries and technical metadata; Create source-to-target mapping documents to capture application data elements for loading into data warehouse using deep knowledge of ConnectiveRx platforms and services; Develop and implement strategies in collaboration with development and architecture teams for data acquisitions, archive recovery, and implementation of a database; Collaborate with EDW Team on data model, its maintenance and optimization as well as end-to-end data driven integration strategy; Monitor and guide design of semantically rich business model of enterprise domain, independent of any technology solution; and Work directly with application development teams to ensure that data is aligned between systems. Work from home benefit available. 10% domestic travel required.Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field and 2 years of experience as a QA Analyst, Software Engineer, or a related occupation. Requires experience with: Working in data warehouse space (1 yr); Generating SQL scripts; Agile methodology/scrum; Testing REST API web services using Postman; and Using: Dynamo, SQL Server, AWS services (i.e. DynamoDB, CloudWatch, S3 Cloud Storage), and JIRA.
