2025 Summer Intern - Mechanical Engineering

We are looking for a talented Mechanical Engineering student for a 2025 Summer Internship to work with our Engineering Department. Projects may include supporting design or test improvements for predictability and cost considerations. You may gain exposure to software, machine and/or test fixture design, CAD design and provide support in detailed design and analysis of individual electromechanical components and assemblies.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Enrollment in a four-year degree or a graduate level program in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • At least a rising senior, meaning you have completed your junior year by May 2025.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Eligibility Requirements:

This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. Whippany Actuation Systems will require proof of status before employment.
