JOB DUTIES: 1. Performing technical operational tasks on routine basis within OLA.2. Trouble shooting issues reported by users and issues self-detected within SLA.3. Resolving all newly occurred issues, conducting data investigations.4. Coordinating with Level 3 ad Development team on resolving issues in PROD environment and provide feedback.5. Providing a plan to Development team and application owners.6. Planning and coordinating release knowledge sharing, migrations, disaster recovery.7. Developing support-script and simplify-issue-investigation scripts.8. May telecommute. REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Applied Computer Science, Computer Science, Computer Application, or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
