Delaware North Gaming is hiring full-timedual Rate Table Games Dealer and Floor Supervisorsto join our teamat Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. As aTable Games Dealer andFloorSupervisor,you willoversee assigned table games to ensure integrity ismaintained,procedures are followed, and superior guest service is provided.

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

$5.40 – $24.00 / hour

What will you do?

  • Supervise floor dealers andprotectthe integrity of games

  • Ensure accuracy and completion of all signed paperwork and pit documents

  • Greetguests appropriately, resolve complaints,and answer any questions about game information

  • Coordinate and complete hourly evaluations on hourlyteam members

  • Control the pace of the game anddeterminewinners and losers according togamesrules

  • Inform necessary personnel of any unusual requestsor playsby guests

More about you

  • Must be 21 years of age or older

  • Must be able to obtain andmaintaina state gaming license

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional gaming dealing experiencerequired

  • Have standard level of skills, knowledge, and performance invarious typesoftablegames

  • Must be able todemonstrategood customer service skills

  • No high school diploma or GED required

Physical requirements

  • Requires sitting, reaching, and pulling a majority of the shift.

  • Some standing, walking, bending, stooping, the ability to periodically lift and carry up to 40 pounds, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, seeing, and hearing.

  • Must be able to speak and understand English.
