Lead Digital Fintech Relationship Manager
Digital & Customer Experience is looking for a dynamic, results-driven leader to play a role in accelerating digital competencies and further fostering a test-and-learn culture within Citizens Bank. This leader will build upon existing relationships with key Boston based and new FinTech Accelerators to pair emerging technical solutions with key opportunities within Citizens. This senior leader will support business goals by partnering with key functions across both the Consumer and Commercial bank.
Primary responsibilities include:
Represents Citizens within key FinTech communities, building relationships, providing insights, mentoring start-ups on financial services regulations and constraints, as well as finding potential partnerships based upon prioritized corporate goals and objectives
Promotes a test and learn culture, serving as a subject matter expert regarding how experiences can be enhance utilizing digital technology, and conducing proof of concepts
Conducts industry research for emerging technology trends, connecting solutions with prioritized internal challenges and opportunities
Partners with key members of online & mobile, product, technology, operations, and support services team to execute against the long term digital strategy
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:

Ability to translate complex business concepts into a simple narrative linked to customer experience expectations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
Bachelor’s degree required; BA in Marketing, Finance or eCommerce preferred experience:
7+ years of Marketing, Strategy and/or Digital Experience with at least 5 years in relationship management
Experience partnering with FinTech start-ups preferred - building relationships, providing insights, mentoring on financial services regulations and building partnerships based upon corporate goals and objectives.
Technical Requirements:
Strong knowledge of digital technologies (big data, AI, blockchain, mobility, web/mobile app development)
Experience with development life-cycle, release management, and risk & technical debt mitigation
Strong understanding of Agile methodology
Experience with digital marketing tactics and tools
Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: M-F
