We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Security Business Operations Analyst to join our dynamic cybersecurity team. This role is critical in driving the operational efficiency, transparency, and effectiveness of our security programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity operations, business analysis, communications, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of security business operations strategies to enhance the overall security posture of the organization.

• Analyze and optimize security processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive metrics and dashboards to provide data-driven insights to senior leadership.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the security team, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance.

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams and leadership to synthesize technical and business requirements for system and process improvements.

• Provide expert guidance and support to other team members across security.

Skills and Competencies:

• Exceptional ability to bridge technical and business requirements, ensuring effective communication and transparency across the organization.

• Proven track record of delivering data-driven insights to senior leadership through comprehensive metrics and dashboards.

• Strong facilitation skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and create seamless workflows.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex security issues into actionable business insights.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Experience:

• Significant experience in leading security business operations and process optimization initiatives.

• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing security strategies.

• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to achieve strategic goals.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, business analysis, and process optimization.

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB), Certified Process Manager (APQC), and other relevant certifications.

• Proficiency with tools such as Office 365, Atlassian Suite (JIRA & Confluence), LucidChart, iGrafx, MS Visio, LogicGate, Minitab, Saviynt, ServiceNow, Plex, PowerBI, and Salesforce.

• Strong expertise in ITILv4, NIST, ISO, SOC, and SOX standards.

The pay range for this position is $160,000 to $204,200, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
