Description Robert Half is currently seeking someone to fill a Data Analyst role. The Data Analyst role will involve preparing financial reports that summarize trends for managers. In this role you will be compiling, interpreting, and reporting information on a variety of data types. Are you highly analytical and deadline driven? Then this Data Analyst position is for you.
Key responsibilities
Assemble analytical reports, identifying all relevant insights
Analyze corporate reports in order to create financial reports
Organize, manipulate, and extract data in response to management requests
Implement and execute data mining projects, utilizing investigative, organizational, and analytical skills
Create and present key decision-making data for market assessments, forecasting and further investigation Requirements - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and a high attention to detail
5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, data analysis or similar role
Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight
BS/BA in Accounting, finance, or economics
- Thorough understanding of data management and manipulation
Skilled in spreadsheet and reporting applications, including V-lookups, pivot tables, and queries
Understanding of a variety of data models
