Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist with menu selections, answer questions, and provide recommendations. Beverage Preparation: Prepare a variety of bubble tea drinks, including brewing tea, mixing ingredients, and adding toppings. Ensure all drinks are made to the highest standards. Food Preparation: Assemble and prepare sandwiches according to recipes and customer specifications. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Point of Sale: Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and manage cash accurately. Ensure all orders are correctly entered and fulfill Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean and well-organized, including the dining area, kitchen, and restroom. Restock supplies as needed and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth store operations. Communicate effectively and contribute to a positive work environment. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about menu items, promotions, and new offerings. Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required. Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and products.
