Job Description:
Lead projects to improve operational processes and ensure effective contract execution and data capture.
Negotiate terms for smaller contracts.
Handle assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative to resolve problems and make decisions.
Regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment on business matters.
Participate in negotiating teams to complete moderately complex contracts.
Manage multiple contracts and projects with varying deadlines.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Willingness to learn
Does not necessarily need exact experience
Preferred Skills:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
Standard Schedule - Monday to Friday; 8 to 5; 100% on-site/in-office
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $55.00
