Charles Schwab Sr Manager, Security Development & Engineering Senior in Westlake, Texas

Duties : Develop and oversee the implementation of information security procedures and policies. Consult customers and provide guidance and direction to consumers and support teams. Build the technical as-is and to-be process documents. Review polices standards, guidelines, and procedures. Work with SOX/PCI audit group, and support audit activities. Work closely with IAM Engineering to deliver the proposed solutions and provide strategic technical direction across the team. Work closely with peer groups to achieve organizational objectives. Oversee technical document delivery, technical support, and hands on technical work. Oversee adherence to applicable security controls, policies and standards. Collaborate with business owners and technology groups to synchronize plans to remediate gaps. Position allows for partial remote work. Must live within reasonable commuting distance. Reports to company office in Westlake, TX. Subject to Schwab’s internal approach to workplace flexibility.

Starting compensation for this location depends on related experience. Annual bonus opportunity and other eligible earnings are not included in the range(s) above. We offer a competitive benefits package, see below for details.

Salary: $151,330 to $283,900 per year

What you have

Job Requirements : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and 6 years of progressive, post-bachelor’s experience in a related occupation or a Master's degree and 4 years of experience.

Experience must include the following: Implement access management and privileged access management projects using Okta, SiteMinder, and CyberArk. IDaaS and privileged access management (PAM) technologies, such as Okta and CyberArk for deployment and operations; Implement, evolve, and support authentication, SSO, federation, privileged account management, and cloud infrastructure using Okta, SiteMinder, CyberArk, and GCP; Configure enterprise and customer facing applications for identity and access management authentication technologies and protocols using PKI, S/Mime, and SSL; Troubleshoot and reconcile platform and application configuration issues using Active Directory, LDAP, Radius, NTLM, Multi-factor authentication platforms, and Privileged Access Management Platforms. Test functional design, validate expected results, and document system audit requirements for testing.
