In this role, you will:
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Lead and perform Quality Assurance activities aligned to established ITSO and RCSA Frameworks
Required Qualifications, US:
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint) skills
Desired Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or higher in information technology
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of technology software/hardware and the asset management life cycle(s), configuration management, change and release management, service and availability management, incident and problem management, and service desk
Knowledge and understanding of configuration management solutions for information security and compliance controls
Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques utilizing critical thinking and analytical skills
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
Strong relationship management skills
Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives

Job Expectations:
IT Service Operations (ITSO) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Execution Consultant in our ITSO Governance team. This role requires exceptionally strong analytical skills, direct work experience in developing ways to assess immature environments, leading initiatives that are larger in scope and complexity and providing recommendations on methodologies, practices, and processes to improve their maturity. Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved through process development. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing processes that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Responsible for organizing, leading, and facilitating process and control procedure development activities. Leads process efforts that develop robust, repeatable, and sustainable processes developed at the activity and task level that supports all requisites of ITSO policies and standards. Facilitate the development of new and existing activity and task level processes and improvements by focusing on efficiencies, risks, and controls. Focus on the identification of risks, controls, and efforts to remediate gaps as part of development and maintenance activities. Complete the necessary process models and documentation to enable agreement from the stakeholders on the process and enable ongoing sustainability of the process. Initiates and leads efforts to develop innovative solutions to unique and/or complex business challenges. Solutions typically require coordination across the business as well as some coordination with other businesses, including multiple systems, or systems not directly controlled by the business. Works independently and with user groups to resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommends changes to business processes. Educates others about process strategy and approach for how processes will be developed and maintained. Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to develop technical processes to achieve greater efficiencies. Will lead and perform Quality Assurance activities aligned to established ITSO and RCSA Frameworks.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
