1 Job Locations Remote - U.S. Category Services & Consulting Overview The Project Manager 3 is responsible for the management of all aspects of customer implementation projects from initiation through project closure. They are responsible for driving solution definition resource allocation project direction team building budget control non-conformity resolution and overall risk management. What you will be doing Plan, lead and control projects and related personnel utilizing project methodologies and related tools to bring projects to successful completion, within scope, on time, and within budget Lead team and client meetings, using engaging, informative presentation methodologies; ensuring timely follow-up and holding project team members accountable. Create and maintain project documentation. Contribute to continuous evolvement of project documentation and methodology Develop and manage project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, and ensuring there is a clear definition of done Deliver timely and effective updates to internal and external contacts, and update associated systems Design solutions, take an active role in resolving conflicts, acting as a first level of escalation, and managing the delivery of the solution upon expected customer business value Ensures customer satisfaction; identifying and mitigating risks Proactively manage client expectations, day-to-day client interactions and ensuring there is a clear definition of done Manage and actively participate as a member of the project team to help create a sustainable, viable solution that is tailored to the customer's requirements and objectives, solution best practices Orchestrate the delivery of professional services that merits customer satisfaction, promotes future software and services opportunities, and secures customers as positive references Contribute to the best practice knowledge base of the team Operate as a trusted advisor to potential customers; develop and maintain strategic working relationships Mentor other team members Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy What will make you successful Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Demonstrated success in managing complex projects ECM or other relevant solution implementation experience Experience in successfully providing guidance and support to developing team members Microsoft Windows and Office proficient including Smartsheet and JIRA and working knowledge of program/project management software. Strong oral and written communication skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact Strong facilitation and project management skills Strong interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department Strong organizational multi-tasking and time management skills Able to thrive in a fast paced environment Ability to work independently and in a team environment Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with minimal oversight Strong ability to manage change and comfortably handles risk and uncertainty Average travel requirements for this job is 30% annualized yet unique circumstances with customers may require more travel.
