Vertiv Corporation Analyst, Process Improvement in Westerville, Ohio

Vertiv is hiring a Analyst, Process Improvement in Westerville, OH for Global Planning to support process improvement for the Project Management Office (PMO). This role is responsible for managing and enhancing the planning process and implementing continuous improvement projects to boost process performance from the end customer's perspective. The position involves executing strategic initiatives and collaborating with central functions and management teams to implement operational improvements focused on global planning. The role supports the management team by creating analyses and preparing requested reports. Additionally, this role serves as a change agent, fostering a culture driven by discipline, transparency, and accountability. RESPONSIBILITIES * Manages initiatives focused on Global planning processes. * Directly impacts the core processes of value stream flows. * Communicate with partner groups, including exchanging information and best practices, solving core issues, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. * Leads initiatives in change management and continuous process improvement. * Participates in the development and deployment of the VOS strategy * Acts as a change agent by managing the required cultural transformation and adopting successful process improvement practices * Responsible for leading a functional matrix team to review processes. * Accountable for change management and continuous implementation of cycle time reduction. * Develops, executes, and maintains effective process improvements that drive KPI enhancements using Vertiv Operating System (VOS) methodologies. * Drive standardization, share best practices, and provide overall Global Operations governance. * Provide external benchmarking, industry best practice identification, evaluation, and adoption plans. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Job Qualifications: * 0-2 years of experience in continuous improvement and project management within relevantly sized companies. * Privileged previous experience with globally operating companies. * Understanding of fundamentals of business in a global manufacturing environment, refined expertise across multiple business disciplines (marketing, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, sales, etc.).
