Position responsibilities:
Have excellent Excel skills, advanced 'vlookup' and 'sumif' formula experience. The ability to pull very large data sets from various locations into one location and analyze those numbers.
Know your way around a Profit & Loss Statement.
Must be able to 'drill down' into various expense categories, general ledger accounts and highlight certain data points. (all in Excel).
Must have the ability to switch gears very quickly; working on one thing and then having to pivot in expedited fashion to handle something different.
Must have some background in medical group practice management, and/or physician compensation and benchmarking.
Must have some background in medical group (Academic) practice management, and/or physician compensation and benchmarking.
Experience in Data warehousing and using Tableau.
This position reports to the Regional Director, Finance Medical Office, and resides in our Westchester, IL office.
Requirements:
Master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education.
3-5 years of previous job-related experience; 6-10 years preferred.
