Landscape Laborer - 6 fulltime, temporary, seasonal (H-2B) jobs available 3/1/2025 - 12/20/2025.

Duties: MOWING OF LAWNS, TRIMMING OF SHRUBS, WEEDING, MULCHING, SPREADING OF TOPSOIL, TREE & SHRUB PLANTINGS, IRRIGATION WORK INCLUDES INSTALLING IRRIGATION LINES USING SHOVELS, PICKS AND REPAIRING BROKEN SPRINKLER HEADS. SPRING CLEANUPS INCLUDES REMOVAL OF LEAVES, STICKS USING BLOWERS AND RAKES, AND THATCHING, FALL CLEANUPS INCLUDES REMOVAL OF LEAVES & STICKS.USE OF RIDE ON MOWERS, TRIMMERS, BLOWERS, SHRUB TRIMMERS, WEEDWACKERS.
Employer will provide transportation to and from worksites located in Nassau and Suffolk Conties, from designated pick up location: 888 Baldwin Drive, Westbury, NY 11590.
No education, 6 month experience required.
Work days vary: Mon-Fri. Hours: 8am-5pm, 40 hours/week at $24.38-$26.38/hour. Possible OT up to 10 hours at $36.57-$39.57/hour when available.
A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.
Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Employer agrees to reimburse inbound transportation and subsistence expenses (subsistence rates are $15.88/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts) from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the US or abroad, to the place of employment. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer.
