Primary Purpose

The National Asset Manager is responsible for the coordination of daily trailer activity across multiple regions and enables the sales teams with appropriate resources as needed and ensures service & delivery goals are achieved in a designated time frame.

Essential Functions

  • Manage trailer reservation system for trailer hub coverage areas

  • Provide support to sales teams for incoming trailer reservations needs at designated email distribution groups

  • Assign assets for trailers being delivered to sites via USS systems (NAV, Tower, etc.)

  • Coordinate with Operations/Hub Manager to ensure trailers are prepared for delivery to customer sites, on trailers needing refurbishing, parts, etc, and to source assets, as needed for specific projects

  • Coordinate with internal/external transportation team(s) to ensure timely delivery of assets

  • Organize weekly inventory and check against reservation system availability

  • Assist hubs/branches with registration, GPS, and decal needs for assets within the coverage area

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft and database management

  • Time management

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Physical Requirements

  • Sit while driving and stand while servicing products

  • Use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects tools or controls

  • Repeat the same movements

  • See details of objects that are less than a few feet away and also at greater distance

  • Speak clearly so customers can understand

  • Understand the speech of another person

  • Hear sounds and recognize the difference between them

  • Be able to walk up to 30 minutes at a time without exertion

Salary Range

$65,000.00 – $125,000.00 / year

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
