Primary Purpose

The Manager Financial Modeling will develop and maintain intricate driver-based financial models to predict future outcomes, ensuring accuracy and reliability. This role will conduct thorough data analysis, including cleaning and trend analysis and extracting pertinent information from various financial sources. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize scenario planning in order to provide actionable insights and present findings clearly and concisely while tackling special projects as needed.

Essential Functions

• Develop and Maintain Complex driver-based Financial Models and predictions

• Conduct Thorough Data Analysis, dive into financial data, perform data cleaning, and analyze trends

• Consolidating and analyzing financial data, taking into account company’s goals and financial standing

• Providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.

• Extract relevant information from financial statements, historical data, and other sources

• Assembling and summarizing data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks

• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

• Perform Scenario Planning and Sensitivity Analysis

• Preparing presentations

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 Year Bachelors Degree in related field such as Accounting or Finance, MBA encouraged.

• Minimum 8 years experience in similar field with a strong technical background.

• Proficient in Excel with demonstrated ability in creating complex financial statement models, crafting charts and summarizing results.

• Comprehensive grasp of accounting principles with a critical understanding of investment evaluations using methodologies such as ROI, NPV and IRR

• Extensive knowledge of data sourcing in order to construct dependable predictive models, encompassing expertise in company systems like ERPs.

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret financial data

• Deadline driven.

• Effective time management skills while juggling multiple projects.

• Advanced MS Office application experience.

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau.

Salary Range

$80,000.00 – $160,000.00 / year

Pay Transparency Statement

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
