The front desk/admin will need to have a general grasp of everything that goes on in the clinic, as well as the overall philosophy and workings of the company in order to properly answer patient questions and promote the business.Clinic Manager duties include the following:•Manage and maintain appointment and client communication system - Boulevard•Call all new incoming leads (New Lead funnel)•Answer calls, book appointments, intake clients•Process payment plans & collections; Responsible for Billing and managing payments•Respond to emails, social media posts & any other correspondence sent from the clinic•Upselling clients first visits (new clients)•Encourage clients to leave reviews & testimonials•Help marketing efforts with creating posts for social media•Perform other duties as assigned by owner or office manager•Ensuring best possible engagement and positive client interactions with clients (talkative, positive, engage in conversation)Job Type: Part-timePay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 32 per weekSchedule: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat (Weekdays: 10am to 6pm; 1hr lunch break; Saturday: 10am to 2pm)
