West Valley. CH2Mill BWXT West Valley. CHBWV is looking for a qualified individual to perform complex and diverse administrative assignments within the Business Services Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily support of management staff, scheduling assistance, letters, procedures, deliverables, and procurement development and revisions. Duties include supporting Business Services organization with obtaining needed supplies, records management, verification of completeness and tracking of deliverables. Establishes own priorities and schedules and, without management review, answers questions and resolves administrative problems.

Education/Experience * High school graduate or equivalent. * A minimum of (4) years of related work experience. Working knowledge of various computer software including Word and Excel and ability to use computer equipment.

Preferred Qualifications: Organizational skills Can work independently without much direction once training is complete Microsoft Office Suite

May establish work priorities of other employees in groups or department. Works under minimal supervision for all but new or unusual assignments. Establishes own work schedule and priorities. Duties MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/SCOPE OF WORK 1. Maintain a safe and healthful work environment by following established safe work practices and procedures; including following all safety rules, use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE), investigating and reporting identified safety concerns or situations. 2. Adhere to standards contained in the Company Code of Conduct, Company EEO practices, and DOE directives. 3. Performs complex administrative technical details of various projects applying advanced methods and knowledge to solve variety of problems within functional specialty such as engineering, purchasing, or operations. 4. Creates and/or generates special or routine reports applying advanced knowledge of computer applications and techniques. 5. Establishes priorities, determine schedules, and assign routine work and special administrative tasks to lower-level employees, as directed. 6. Orients and trains other employees in administrative support functional specialty. 7. Gathers and compiles financial information for budget planning and analysis purposes. 8.
