Part -Time Landscaping Maintenance Technician
Location: Garland Bros Body Shop, 1512 Tokio Rd, West, TX 76691
We are seeking a Part-Time Landscaping Maintenance Technician to maintain the outdoor areas of our body shop. The ideal candidate will ensure that our grounds are well-kept, safe, and visually appealing, enhancing the overall environment for our customers and staff. This position offers room for growth, with opportunities to transition into handyman roles as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and care for the landscaping, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Perform regular upkeep of flower beds, shrubs, and trees through pruning and deadheading.
- Assist with seasonal cleanup tasks, including leaf removal and debris management.
- Keep outdoor areas, including walkways and parking lots, clean and free of debris.
- Collaborate with management to plan and implement landscaping projects as necessary.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely.
- Adhere to safety protocols, especially in areas where body shop operations occur.
