职责:
负责区域范围内的作业管理，在安全要求范围内完成生产数量和质量指标。
确保安全和质量标准/系统在责任部门得到充分理解和执行。
确保 SOP在生产部门内得到理解和执行。
保证科室人员的合理安排。
与技术中心合作，确保机械设备的清洁、完好运行，确保 AM& PM的有效实施。
主导新产品、新材料、新设备的试验。
确定和领导生产力提高项目的执行工作
建立有效的团队，确保积极的道德、高工作效率、强团队精神和对经营成果的承诺。
负责对生产员工的培训，确保所有生产线负责人、主管和技术人员具备胜任工作职责的技能和知识。
负责IL6S的实施和进展，掌握相关制度、理念和方法
推动流动就业，促进技术人员多元技能建设，实现劳动力均衡。
(十二) 按照本所要求履行其他相关工作职责。
通过损失分析和消除损失活动减少驱动损失
通过生产线人员和工艺优化，推动劳动生产率的提高
了解该职位的法律合规责任;当面临或了解道德或合规问题时，提出问题和关切;在专业行为的所有方面应用诚信。
要求:
·机械工程或食品科学学士/硕士学位。
•8年以上跨国企业生产管理工作经验，食品制造业者优先。
*对安全、质量和成本管理有很强的意识，愿意为实现目标付出巨大努力
可靠、雄心勃勃和自我组织，过去常在压力下工作
熟悉饼干生产工艺
•精益/TPM/6西格玛/IE管理方面的丰富经验
熟悉装配工艺的成本和计划控制、工程和运作
*丰富的项目管理经验。
*良好的沟通、影响和陈述技能
•敏锐的商业头脑和组织能力
良好的 Excel、 Word、 Outlook计算机技能
