岗位职责：
在IL6S第四阶段，作为工厂和生产线的业务伙伴，帮助工厂和生产线达成业务目标
专业能力
具备机电一体化专业知识和技能经验，深入掌握流程及设备技术，尤其是电气技术，熟悉PLC和编程。能够完成对设备薄弱部位的改善、不良点的修复、故障的排查和疑难杂症的解决。
成为至少一个设备模块的主题专家，并为工厂提供相关主题的培训和辅导，使相应人员能够处理该模块的不良和改善。
项目管理
研究和开发工业4.0的新技术，并将其应用在现有的生产现场，协助工厂和生产线达成熄灯生产的目标，并且将相关新技术变成标准，可以推广到亿滋内部其他工厂使用；
能够参与到数字化工厂，智能车间，熄灯制造的实现过程中；
参与或领导自动化项目，所有参与项目均符合PM3/ AM4的预期要求，完成项目后TTT技术转让，在现场实现VSU（垂直启动）；
系统和培训
负责担任工厂级别关键标准/条款负责人（工程、设备，质量或HSE），推动标准落地。
不断发展电气/机械技术，培训和发展SG成员和在线维修技术人员
作为现场PM的导师，定期辅导，提升能力；定期健康检查，确保现场PM系统的良好运作
岗位要求：
有制造维修背景，5年以上经验 项目管理技能， 有精益生产背景者优先考虑 本科或硕士学历，机械/电气/自动化等专业，熟悉电气规范、标准和法规。 良好的英语读写能力， 熟练运用SAP系统进行日常维护工作。 熟练使用AutoCAD及办公软件。 条理清晰，有较强的解决问题和处理复杂问题的能力，较强的变化适应和自我激励能力 熟悉PLC硬件和软件，熟悉西门子，罗克韦尔(AB)等品牌。HMI, SCADA 丰富的变频器，伺服驱动，传感器，工业通信(Profinet，以太网/IP,RS485,RS232)经验 有AGV和机器人经验者优先
