Job Overview Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking to lead a dynamic team? Join us as a Maintenance Supervisor and play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and safely. You'll be responsible for:
Safety First: Adhering to all safety policies and OSHA regulations to prevent injuries.
Efficient Operations: Completing assignments efficiently while following safety standards, company policies, and Lean principles.
Technical Expertise: Performing and leading complex maintenance and modifications on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, PLC, robotics, and pneumatic systems.
Problem Solving: Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Continuous Improvement: Providing technical analysis to recommend productivity, quality, and cost-saving improvements.
Training & Development: Leading and developing AM/PM training programs, mentoring Operators and Maintenance Technicians, and fostering team collaboration.
Project Management: Managing individual and team projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and policy adherence.
Collaboration: Working with Engineering to plan and implement equipment installations or rearrangements.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of relevant training in two or more maintenance trades, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, PLC controls, robotics, and pneumatics.
Leadership: Previous experience in training and/or leading others.
Skills: Strong troubleshooting, maintenance management, and repair skills. Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree or technical certifications preferred.
Software Knowledge: Familiarity with spreadsheet or database software is a plus.
Language: Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Age: Must be 18 years or older.

Work Environment
Team Management: Oversee a team of 6.
Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with some overtime.
Physical Requirements: Stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours per day, and lift heavy products or raw materials up to 120 pounds multiple times per hour.
Safety: Work in an environment with high noise levels, hot raw materials, fire-retardant materials, and limited chemicals. PPE is required and provided.
Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times in a make-to-order system environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00
