Job Overview
We are seeking entry-level Cable Assemblers to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. Ideal candidates will have experience with electrical assemblies, soldering, or cable assemblies. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Perform all required duties including the location and shrinking of marker bands on cable assemblies.
Detect and report defective material, faulty instructions, and unusual conditions to the Supervisor.
Gather materials and tooling necessary to perform work in an organized manner.
Utilize manual dexterity to handle small hand crimping tools, cutters, and heat guns.
Work effectively as a team member.
Communicate verbally with co-workers to maintain a safe working environment.
Perform numerous hand assembly operations based on detailed instructions.
Assemble multi-cable harnesses.
Follow schedules, written and oral instructions, to produce cable assemblies compliant with manufacturing specifications.
Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of in-process assemblies.

General assembly experience
Experience working with hand tools and/or power tools
Coachable
Teamwork

Work Environment
Shift: 2nd shift - 2:00pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday
Training : 1st shift: 8 am - 5 pm
