West Knoxville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, part of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, has an opening in their Accounting Department for a Title & Registration Specialist II.
The Title & Reg. Specialist is an individual contributor who is responsible for coordinating customer vehicle purchases for any Lithia business channel ensuring all purchase and DMV paperwork is accurate and processed timely for either the purchase or sale of vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Verify funding.
Review DMV documents. Verify all state-specific documents have been collected, completed per state guidelines, and signed in the required locations.
Verify payee and amounts have been collected and issue payment for fees.
Scan completed DMV document pack into digital deal jacket.
Mark DMV as processed in Vehicle Document Tracker (VDT).
Assist receptionists/office staff as requested
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Proficient with CDK a plus!
Recent title clerk experience, 2-4 years minimum
Knowledge of and ability to operate general office equipment

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
