Hourglass’ digital environment is growing quickly, and we are looking for a rockstar to join us on our journey. As the Senior Ecommerce Technology Specialist you will be a crucial member of the DTC team. In this role you will manage, troubleshoot and problem-solve integrations for the global Hourglass DTC ecommerce environment. In partnership with the Director Ecommerce Technology & Operations, you will build and maintain the technical infrastructure of the DTC environment, including but not limited to Shopify Plus, Celigo, Google Tag Manager, Zendesk, other marketing tech tools, automated returns, and order/inventory syncing with our ERP. You’ll also oversee the quality assurance of deploying website content (for product launches as well as core campaigns), and tackle IT-related tasks that underpin these systems.

If you love debugging and technical troubleshooting, you’ll thrive in this role. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and a test-and-learn thinker who uses their knowledge of multiple systems to recommend creative solves. You’re able to look at a technical roadblock and systematically ferret out the root cause—and if you can’t find the root cause, you know to seek out help.
