Wells Fargo Sr. Business Execution Consultant in WEST DES MOINES, Iowa

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant as part of Consumer Lending in Card and Merchant Services. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with third party vendors (which includes supporting implementation and configuration) and working across business lines to deliver credit card packages to customers. This position will be on the Plastics/BIN team in Product Capabilities. This role will manage parameters & ensures card packages are sent to vendor accurately. In this role, you will:

  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics

  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables

  • Manage monthly Fiserv implementation projects to ensure card packages get to customers with the right materials included

  • Creates BRD, testing, production validations for updates to card package materials

  • Ability to logically configure for credit card package set up in vendor Product and tools to schedule them for implementation

  • Participate in Onsite Audits with external partners as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience navigating through ambiguity

  • Strong project management & problem-solving ability to meet KPIs while exercising sound judgment

  • Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership

  • Ability to work across multiple lines of business leading large scale initiatives

  • Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

  • Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills

  • Experience translating business needs into complex analysis, designs, and recommendations

  • Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills

  • SAS experience

  • Familiarity with Visa, Mastercard and/or Amex network specifications

  • Understanding of Merchant, Network, Processor, and Banking relationship

  • Broader payments experience
