Translating and relaying information between English and Spanish-speaking customers.
Maintaining records of customer interactions and processing customer accounts.

Requirements
Key Qualifications:
Fluent in both English and Spanish - written and verbal.
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite.
